Not by handing them answers. By helping them trust the ones they've been arguing with all along.
For years, I sat with people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. I learned that most people don't actually need someone to tell them who they are. They need someone who can help them separate their own voice from everyone else's.
Somewhere along the way, I realized I needed that too.
I created Love Liberation Lounge because I know what it's like to keep overriding yourself until you can't hear your own voice anymore. My work is helping women find it again.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker, certified sex therapist, and certified life coach.
Years of sitting in therapy rooms taught me how people protect themselves, how they lose themselves, and how often the body notices the truth long before the mind is ready to admit it.
I bring all of that experience into my coaching without turning it into therapy. No diagnosis. No treatment. Just honest conversations, practical tools, and a whole lot less pretending.
I don't think most women are actually confused. I think they've spent so many years trying to be who everybody else needed them to be that they stopped trusting themselves somewhere along the way.
The right choice isn't always loud. Sometimes it's leaving. Sometimes it's staying. Sometimes it's changing careers. Sometimes it's finally saying what you've been swallowing.
None of those choices are more "evolved" than the others. The goal isn't to make the biggest decision. The goal is to make the decision that's actually yours.
I'm not here to tell you to leave the relationship, quit the job, or turn your whole life upside down.
I'm here to help you hear yourself clearly enough that whatever decision you make actually belongs to you.
I'll ask the questions other people avoid, tell you the truth when you need it, laugh with you when life gets ridiculous, and stay in the conversation long enough for you to stop arguing with yourself.
Start with an honest conversation. It's the fastest mirror I can hand you.
